Riverbend helped reinstate Amazon shutdown
We came to Riverbend after our Amazon account got suspended due to a bug on Amazon’s side. After four months of endless back-and-forth emails with Amazon support, we were getting nowhere. Riverbend stepped in and managed to get it resolved! Even though we never really got a clear explanation from Amazon about what went wrong, thanks to Riverbend — and especially Jarrett and James — we’re finally back online and open for business.
