Straightforward and perfect
I had a withdrawal from a prop firm while submitting my KYC, they said they cannot process with my KYC, mentioning no reason stating I do not meet the compliances. I still can’t understand what kind of compliances they are looking for. They simply said via email After carefully reviewing your account, we've made the difficult decision that we cannot offer you our services. We understand this may be disappointing news, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. While we can't disclose specific reasons for this decision, we encourage you to reach out to your client. They may have alternative payment methods available for you.

Seeing some of the other 1 star reviews about their KYC process motivated me to post my situation. No reason to have failed KYC. USA citizen with a clean criminal background check, and a clean financial history. No problems with any other KYC ever. Even had Rise accounts and payments through Rise last year. Suddenly, they shut my accounts and start telling companies that I failed KYC. I tried giving them a chance so many times to correct the situation, but to no avail. I even reached out to the CEO directly but with no success. Legal action is the only recourse it seems.

I'm extremely disappointed because they rejected my KYC. I tried to reach out their support team many times but worst response I've ever had. They said we can't approve and will never give you reason. My KYC approved on many KYC system linked to various globally renowned firms. I've also tried to reach out their support and requested for manual KYC process even asked them to conduct live interview but unfortunately got no reply.
