KYC nonsense
Seeing some of the other 1 star reviews about their KYC process motivated me to post my situation. No reason to have failed KYC. USA citizen with a clean criminal background check, and a clean financial history. No problems with any other KYC ever. Even had Rise accounts and payments through Rise last year. Suddenly, they shut my accounts and start telling companies that I failed KYC. I tried giving them a chance so many times to correct the situation, but to no avail. I even reached out to the CEO directly but with no success. Legal action is the only recourse it seems.
