I'm extremely disappointed because they rejected my KYC. I tried to reach out their support team many times but worst response I've ever had. They said we can't approve and will never give you reason. My KYC approved on many KYC system linked to various globally renowned firms. I've also tried to reach out their support and requested for manual KYC process even asked them to conduct live interview but unfortunately got no reply.
