They are very professional and helpful. I use them at least twice a month for my business. I would definitely recommend to all.

The package arrived in a reasonable amount of time, however 1 bottle out of 12 was broken. Its contents left a sticky coating on many of the other bottles. Not sure if I will buy this again via E-Mail.

Disappointed. We have ordered supplies several times from RSG and been very happy with the speed of receiving the shipment. However, this time it was not as easy. I had called and emailed customer service multiple times starting 6/25 and was only able to leave a message, no live person to talk to. No return calls or emails from RSG. I finally just ordered on Friday 6/29 by 1pm with hopes that my order would be processed so it could be received by 7/3. I just now received confirmation that the order was shipped 5:51 pm last night (7/2) so we won't have the order in time for our show on 7/4.

Quick delivery, well packed and fairly priced...wish all on line transactions went as smoothly....
