Disappointed
Disappointed. We have ordered supplies several times from RSG and been very happy with the speed of receiving the shipment. However, this time it was not as easy. I had called and emailed customer service multiple times starting 6/25 and was only able to leave a message, no live person to talk to. No return calls or emails from RSG. I finally just ordered on Friday 6/29 by 1pm with hopes that my order would be processed so it could be received by 7/3. I just now received confirmation that the order was shipped 5:51 pm last night (7/2) so we won't have the order in time for our show on 7/4.
