The company completed the order in a timely fashion. I did not know the paper plate holders i purchased, were Not microwave friendly......I had old ones that were ..had thise for over 10 years....just assumed new ones would be. The holders are for paper plates and i use the plates to reheat inbthe microwave!

All went well with this order -- even with an issue! When I tried to post payment for my online order, it would not recognize or accept my credit card. For some reason, only PayPal was working. I sent an email to the owner, who answered promptly and noted that there was a processing issue with the payment program. I tried the next time online and was able to make payment via credit card. And the item was shipped right afterwards, which was amazing to me. I am to receive my order in 2 to 3 days. I am very pleased with the responsiveness of the owner to my inquiry and to the excellent service and very fast shipping. 5 stars!
