Expected more given the cost. While the sound is clear, I frequently experience connectivity issues with my devices and the wind noise is bothersome outdoors. The staff tries to be helpful but some problems seem inherent to the design.
After struggling with hearing loss for years, these hearing aids have completely transformed my daily interactions. The sound quality is crystal clear and the Bluetooth connectivity works seamlessly with my phone. Staff was knowledgeable and patient during the fitting process. Only minor complaint is the battery life could be longer, but overall extremely satisfied.
The hearing aids function adequately for basic hearing needs but I expected better performance in challenging acoustic environments. The fitting process was professional though the initial adjustment period took longer than anticipated. Customer service has been responsive to questions.
Solid hearing aids with clear sound quality. The app controls are intuitive and the warranty coverage is comprehensive. My only issue is they occasionally whistle when I adjust them, which can be embarrassing in quiet settings.
Reliable hearing aids with good build quality. The maintenance is straightforward and the cleaning kit provided is helpful.
Outstanding experience from consultation to final fitting. These hearing aids have restored my confidence in social situations and the discreet design means most people don't even notice I'm wearing them. The technology is impressive and battery life exceeds expectations.
Couldn't be happier with my decision! The natural sound quality is impressive and I love being able to stream music directly to my ears. Staff went above and beyond to ensure perfect fit and comfort.
Good sound quality and comfortable fit. The price was reasonable compared to other options I researched. Sometimes struggle with very noisy environments but works well for everyday use.
Worth every penny! The difference in my quality of life has been remarkable. I can finally enjoy conversations with my grandchildren and follow TV shows without captions. The rechargeable feature is convenient and they're surprisingly comfortable for all-day wear.
The audiologist took time to explain everything and the follow-up appointments have been thorough. Hearing aids work as expected.
The hearing aids themselves are decent quality and the audiologist was helpful during initial consultation. However, I've had some issues with background noise filtering that makes restaurants challenging. Customer service has been responsive to my concerns but the problem persists. Price point is fair for what you get.
Professional fitting and excellent customer support. The hearing aids work well in most situations.
