Rentokil were very informative and thorough. The guy knew his stuff and did a great job and sorted the problem, quickly and efficiently.

I was really impressed with the service. We discovered rats in our roof space - not a pleasant experience. The office staff were really helpful when I called, and our technician, Alex, called us back within an hour to arrange a visit the following day. He was calm and put us at ease immediately, explaining everything and answering all our questions. He was flexible with the timing of his follow-up visits, and it appears that the issue has now been resolved. Many thanks!

I pay a lot of money to Rentokil and have done since 2007. I never feel like I’m getting the service I’m paying for. I never have a regular technician and if I do they don’t last long and I’m never told that they’ve moved on. I have to chase for several days if a mouse is found in a radar and then made to feel like it’s a fault with my property. I just want a decent service reflecting what I pay.

Jamie was really good, and he was very friendly, and he always let me know in advance whether he was able to make it. He was very helfpul.

Rentokil provided us with outstanding service for pest control. Steve is very polite and efficient with his work. Nothing is missed, always communicates feedback and checks in regularly.

The response to a request by phone was superb in terms of customer service. The call room were very helpful and their action prompt. Telephone request services for anything these days are rare, so this is much appreciated. Our visit by a practitioner was also an excellent experience. Daniel was really helpful, prompt, courteous and nothing was too much trouble for him. Thank you!

Telsol has now used Rentokil for a number of years and I would highly recommend. Our Rentokil technician Chris Burrows is fabulous, nothing is too much trouble. The paperwork is always up to date and inspection ready at all times.

Les who attended all our visits was very helpful. He phoned prior to each visit with an eta and if running late would advise new time. He explained what he was going to do and expected outcome. All in all he made the experience less stressful than expected.
