His professionalism and calmness helped us through a very traumatic experience! Worth ever penny !! Fast, easy and experienced professional service. Used this company to eradicate fleas from my parents’ property. Their technician Rhyan was five star ⭐ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ himself! He explained how to break the cycle of flea life, what to do, what not to do. This guy really did know what his job was about. He was so patient with me getting my dad out the property. He has dementia. Rhyan explained to him why he had to leave for a few hours. Dad clearly was impressed and we were able to leave. He did the same on the last visit. So thank you Rhyan you are so professional and caring, a credit to your team in Birmingham and we wish you a very happy future! We would highly recommend Rentokil to anyone who requires pest control

I can’t thank the young man who came to my property enough in helping to eliminate the rodent problem under the house, in the loft and in the garden. He went above and beyond. He ensured over several visits that there was no further evidence of infestation and also gave me advice on what to do to discourage rodents. He even ensured that the disturbed loft insulation was replaced.

Rentokil managed to make our building pest free, Jaber is a great guy and very friendly, always a pleasure when he is at site. Please don't change him.

Mark always phones before coming to ensure that I know what time he is due for the visit. He checks the site over has he does his site visit.

The Rentokil contract provides a good level service and ongoing support delivered by a very knowledgeable, reliable, and helpful team. The agreed routine inspection schedule is adhered to and requests for any additional ad-hock inspections are promptly respond to. Potential pest activity and pest proofing problems are quickly identified, and corrective action is agreed and implemented in a timely manner to ensure there is no risk to products. Inspection findings are effectively communicated and further support and advise is provided when needed.

Very happy with the service that Chris provided. Not only did he fully address the rodent problem that was the cause of the call-out, with no recurrence, he also identified and addressed the presence of a wasps’ nest. Furthermore, he was very personable and responsive.
