Rentokil organised for the brilliant Matt Raven to visit my elderly aunt on the same day to assess the troubling noises in her bungalow roof. His survey was extensive and extremely thorough and diagnosed significant rat activity and damage. He explained things very clearly and was reassuring. We are reassured to be having the problem dealt with within 24 hours of first contacting Rentokil and look forward to being free of these unwelcome trespassers. The alternative locally was an independent company who offered only to set a trap and collect it periodically, and indefinitely, without even offering a survey to identify which pest we could hear! The service from Rentokil could not have been more different.
