The engineer arrived on site and was very pleasant. also arrived with his appropriate PPE. I was pleased with the customer service we received.

Friendly operators BUT too expensive and very hard to make contact on the phone after first treatment ( of 2)and poor messaging. Their prices are too high and treatment quote price apparently included the £120 refund for the inspection even though this was not stated. I would not use them again. We now have a second company (the problem needed further work) doing much more work for less.

Chris Burns has been our Rentokil Technician for many years and gives us complete peace of mind. His professionalism, dedication and presentation is second to none. Chris's knowledge, advice and support is quicker and more accurate than any "google search" and the face to face visits/inspections mean we do not have to worry about anything. It is people like Chris that give Rentokil such a fantastic reputation.

He always come in with a smile and does a great job and points us in the right direction and is honest about anything noticed or seen by him. Really good at what he does!
