Customer service is good but I been having my phone for at least 2 months the phone was good no issues at but then out of nowhere it’s already glitching like it freezes up and glitches they typing speed slows down, my phone was on 10% one time then suddenly my phone went it to that shutting down loading thing n it turned it self back on it was 7% I don’t know how they made the phones but it’s giving cheap and I bought an iPhone 15 which I thought would be better. The phone I’m using really gives iPhone XR tbh kinda disappointed but aye you don’t always get what you wish for
