During the phone process of applying to rent a product, I had a mental blank and needed a moment to provide the correct residential details. Unfortunately, by the time I stated that I could correct the information I had shared, it was too late, and my application was denied. I was then told I couldn’t reapply for 3 months. I was frustrated because I wasn’t given a chance to correct my mistake and felt completely shut down. I’m human and made an error, but it felt like I was talking to a bot just following a program. 😅
