Within 2 minutes of calling I was talking to a live person - Cassie! She answered all my questions throughly and succinctly! I was able to take advantage of a discount and she gave me a discount code to give to others. Lastly I really appreciated when she wasn’t able to find my login details in the portal, she texted me directly to get the details instead of waiting. I call that service!

These reviews are ridiculous. It's certainly good to praise great customer service, but I am also interested in the Rental Kharma product. Does this product do what it aims to do? Is it worth the cost? Have you noticed if lenders put any weight on what is being reported? Any feedback or reviews on the product will be much more beneficial.

Rental Kharma reported three years of my rental history which boosted my credit and demonstrated my ability make timely payments. In turn, this streamlined my mortgage application process and helped get me approved for a new home. At one point I did not see Rental Kharma showing on my reports, I spoke with customer service and within 24 hours they had it fixed and reporting properly. More than worth the money, great customer service and a huge benefit for anyone struggling to rebuild their life!

Chloe did everything as expected. Clear communication, very good customer experience, and prompt service.
