The experience was seamless and easy!
I love working with Sam at Rental Escapes! Always great to work with and quick to reply! Thank you so much for making it easy!
Erin was amazing and patient with me and the process of getting the right villa for my client. She worked even when she was out of the office which to me showed dedication for wanting to assist and help her clients.
Keith Diebel made the searching and booking process very easy.
Our representative, Laura, was excellent. Great communication, wonderful suggestions, very responsive, and just so helpful
Levi went above and beyond to help us book our trip. This company is amazing and so responsive! 10/10!!!

Laura was so patient and helpful in organizing our villa rental in Mexico this coming March. Looking forward to our holiday.
The efficiency of Rental Escapes has been great so far.
They find me a place to go in option of my original date.
Nice company to work with!
We recently rented from rental escapes with Laura’s assistance and it was a complete pleasure. She helped make the process seamless and I’m very excited for our upcoming trip. She was prompt with email responses and available by phone. Thank you for all of your help!
Very fast response and diligent with all my questions asked
Steph Paperman helped us sooo much to find a place that fit our needs! She was very hands on and accommodating with everything on our wish list especially for it being late to book for spring season.
The team made it super easy to get my clients booked for their upcoming holiday!! I will definitely use them again!
Yes! Keith was very easy to work with. I needed to talk to him on the phone about booking details, & he called me right away. So far Rental Escapes has been great. Scott
Excellent response time, informative. Great customer service.
Excellent communication and customer service and support!
Was not given clear instructions on where/how to send payment if not doing wire transfer and trying to avoid credit card charges. Seem very transactional vs collaborative and client and customer service friendly. A bit turned off by most and attitudes.
Laura was very helpful and knowledgeable. She worked to find villas in my clients price range. She provided detailed information in a timely manner. She responded to all of my calls and emails. She even went the extra mile and responded when she was in a training and informed me when she would be available to communicate. I truly appreciate the professionalism, as a result it did not take long for me to book my client for August 2024.
no AC, No hot water in home. Managment doesn't help. Spent over $10,000 for a weekend. Total waste!!!!
