This application, is the best I found many years ago. I searched one that my customers and myself will be in security with Remote Utilities. I found on some websites, having a very good reputation for more than 10 years of experience, in the analysis of applications of all kinds, that Remote Utilities was a very secure application. The way that I like the most, is I can use the Agent Application for spontaneous support by manually running on the remote PC. Customers have this Agent Application on the desktop and I ask the client to click on Remote Utilities icon to start application. When the support is finished, I close myself the application and nobody cannot start the programm. Now that I am retired, and occasionally provide free support to my friends, I use the free version. I have been using Remote Utilities since 2018. I use it to support family and friends and through COVID the ability to control my work PC from home gave me great peice of mind. The ability to use the personal license for limited business use continues to give me confidence in the product. Each time I buy a new PC or laptop for home, or family, Remote Utilities is installed as standard. I have also used the portable app to provide adhoc help to others, I can't praise this product too much.

I have used RemoteUtilities many times over the years. Fortunately/unfortunately I have not had to use it more than on a 1 to 1 basis, so I haven't purchased pro licenses. If needed, I would not hesitate. It is a fine product and works first time and is only limited by noisy slow internet connections.
Very easy to use once you have done the initial setup. I have used for years and still remain free for household users. It’s a great free basic remote service.
