Hive EO mini pro 3 installation
We initially reached out to Hive’s default installer for a charger installation, but unfortunately, they let us down, and we found the customer service to be lacking. After exploring Hive’s recommended installer map, we discovered Reeves Electrical Services and decided to give them a try. From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. Their communication was excellent, and the final installation looks fantastic. Howard, the installer, was also a pleasure to deal with – very friendly and professional. We did encounter an issue with the Hive app not communicating with the charger. To connect the two, you need a PIN code from Hive, but even after reaching out to them for assistance, they didn’t offer a solution. Thankfully, Howard shared some helpful advice from his experience, mentioning that it sometimes takes a week for the charger and app to sync. Sure enough, exactly a week later, we received a notification for a firmware update, and the charger connected to the app without any further issues. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the service provided by Reeves Electrical Services and would highly recommend them!
