Hive EO mini pro 3 installation

We initially reached out to Hive’s default installer for a charger installation, but unfortunately, they let us down, and we found the customer service to be lacking. After exploring Hive’s recommended installer map, we discovered Reeves Electrical Services and decided to give them a try. From the very beginning, the experience was outstanding. Their communication was excellent, and the final installation looks fantastic. Howard, the installer, was also a pleasure to deal with – very friendly and professional. We did encounter an issue with the Hive app not communicating with the charger. To connect the two, you need a PIN code from Hive, but even after reaching out to them for assistance, they didn’t offer a solution. Thankfully, Howard shared some helpful advice from his experience, mentioning that it sometimes takes a week for the charger and app to sync. Sure enough, exactly a week later, we received a notification for a firmware update, and the charger connected to the app without any further issues. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the service provided by Reeves Electrical Services and would highly recommend them!

Reliable electrician

Contacted Reeves electrical to have hives ev charger installed. He did all the necessary paperwork contacting the National Grid for approval. He was punctual and completed the work within a week of contact. Can’t recommend Howard enough he carried out the work with no fuss and respect for property. Would highly recommend and will be using him for all our electrical needs in future. Many thanks Howard

I have used this company twice.if you are thinking of having a hive EV charger, this is one of the companies recommended.i certainly could advise those thinking of having one installed to used this excellent company.The work was carried out professionally and to a very good standard.i was very pleased with the outcome.I needed so other electrical working doing and invited them to carry out the job in hand,which again I cannot fault.All in all 5 stars,as not only is this company knowledgeable in their craft but reliable and honest.highly recommended.

Quality, Reliable Electrician

I found Howard through Hive as a qualified EV charger installer. From start to finish he was great, understood my requirements and quoted a fair price. The quality of work is second to none and will be recommending him to family and friends when required!

Ev charger point. Great service.

Great communication from start to finish. We discussed the electric charger point I wanted and was given lots of options to choose from and never felt pressured or rushed. The price quoted was the final price. On day of install he was punctual and completed the job to a high standard, even completing some additional work to some loose wiring. Would recommend.

Excellent and professional service

Howard was excellent from start to finish on an EV charger I had installed. As my installation was not a standard one, many of the big companies were not interested as all they care about is doing the job quickly and cheaply, but not Howard. Initially I asked many questions which Howard always responded to. He then came out to do a survey and we agreed a start date. He came punctually on the start date, did a brilliant job on fitting the charger and made sure it all worked. I would highly recommend Howard for any electrical work.

Excellent services from Reeves Electrical!! Everyone goes for an easy way and suggest a solution that is easy to complete and get paid faster. Only Reeves Electrical Services is willing to work from the customer's view and propose the best solution to the customer, no matter it is much more difficult to do, taking much longer time and hard work! Renovations

Fast and reliable, our house is been renovated and this company rewired the whole house, along with this they fitted a kitchen and plastered all rooms and fitted 2 ev chargers, 100% reccomend, amazing job and looks emmaculate, will be using this company again
