Things were great at the home. It was a bummer to have the power go out and we know that is out of your control.

The home was well furnished, comfortable, very clean and quite, with off street parking. It’s is located close to downtown and to HSU. The pricing was very reasonable and would absolutely book this home on a future visit.

Local treasure for vacation rentals. Better pricing on the same listings found on VRBO or AirBNB

Loved the Sunny Brae Getaway property. Quiet and safe neighborhood. House was clean and well stocked-towels, and kitchen supplies. We even cooked a full Thanksgiving meal...enough pots and pans. Excellent place!

Our stay at the Park Avenue Guest House was very relaxing. The home is well appointed, and has a beautiful view of the Arcata Bay. My family and I were able to enjoy our Thanksgiving Dinner, and relax afterwords.

This is one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed in ! It was so charming and clean , and the farm animals were a bonus. The location is perfect as well right next to Patrick’s Point where we hiked all day .

This was our second stay at Lincoln House. It is a beautiful, well-equipped space. We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving. It is conveniently located to Arcata and the surrounding communities.We will definitely stay there again.

Everything about this condo was exactly as advertised. The unit was spotless, well equipped and very conveniently located to local attractions, including several great spots for breakfast and lunch, with one, The Eatery, being right next door. We loved being in a quiet residential neighbourhood and the panoramic sea views were awesome. Waking up to thick fog on a couple of mornings, then watching it dissipate as the sun rose higher was an experience we don’t often have in Toronto. All in all a most enjoyable stay.

I have used Redwood Coast Vacation Rentals twice and have not been disappointed. They offer clean, cozy homes at affordable prices with a lovely personal touch. I have been very satisfied and highly recommend them.

Serene Redwood Retreat as the charming studio apartment I rented for several days in Arcata. It was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again!

Convenient and quality!

The afterglow from our stay at Sanctuary – so aptly named – is still with us two weeks later. Sanctuary was the perfect retreat for four couples (age range 65 to 77) who gather every year to celebrate their friendship. We are the local couple and found the house. The others, responding as we did to the excellent photos, accepted right away and made their travel plans. And, while the photos honor this unique property, being on the property and in the house are better. The house was obviously designed with great care and attention to detail, situated as it is on an amazing piece of land. Sanctuary truly has it all – from its world-class views of rock-strewn shorelines and open ocean to the sound of said ocean waves reaching from the shore a short distance away. The house is, in a word, stunning to behold from any location, inside and out. Well furnished and appointed, there are numerous comfortable areas for gatherings, again inside and out. The Sunset Swing overlooking the ocean was the perfect outside touch. The house has too-numerous-to-count amenities and a kitchen designed for a group to work well in. One particularly nice amenity is the basket of carefully rolled cozy blankets for use on a cool (okay, chilly) evening. We all wrapped ourselves in coziness and made a nice fire (wood available). We all left thoroughly relaxed, refreshed and most grateful to the property’s owners for welcoming others to enjoy Sanctuary. The house is well-cared for, was very clean and neat and well provisioned. Easy to say A++
