It could use a little love but it was clean. Needs new shower valve in master and the vanity facets are reversed. Deck was dangerous with protruding nails and screws.
Our stay at Sea Breeze was a really wonderful experience. The unit was sparkling clean, roomy and aesthetically pleasing. The beds were very comfortable, and the appliances all in good working condition. We were not at all bothered by the restaurant below and everyone slept well the two nights we were there (other than a loud radio that came on in the middle of the first night somewhere in the neighborhood--probably had been left on before the power went out). Yes, the evening we arrived the entire area was experiencing a power outage. One call to the very nice, extremely helpful and responsive manager, Gabe, and he was there within 10 minutes with a headlamp and some candles. We spent the time before bed out on the deck enjoying the amazing view of the harbor and then readied for bed by candlelight. Trinidad is an adorable little village and the surrounding areas are exceptionally beautiful. We would definitely stay at Sea Breeze again, and in fact I recently recommended it to a relative who will be in the area in the near future. Thanks for sharing Sea Breeze with us!

The folks at Trinidad did an excellent job helping us organize a family gathering on the Northern California coast. Correspondence was prompt and all requests for assistance during our stay were met within a matter of a few short hours. We would certainly use their services again.
The house was great and backed up to the redwoods which we took full advantage to go on walks and relax on the back patio area. We would definitely select this home rental again.

Nice place, nice view, great location. Was dismayed at how much cleaning was required of us at the end of our trip though in order to adhere to the policy. The cleaning fee was quite high for requiring guests to do dishes and take out trash. Overall was a nice place.
Absolutely perfect for a long weekend’s rental. Plenty of room , comfortable bedding , wonderful game room out back . The women of our family host an annually Estrogen Fest, and this was one of the finest getaways we have gotten .

This rental, like all the others we have rented, was clean and true to the description given on the website. We have always been happy with our choices and tell people all the time to rent a place vs a hotel if they want room and are staying somewhere for more than one night! You can get some rentals for one night too!
I received multiple emails regarding my stay and they were very helpful. I also emailed a question about the property and received a prompt reply. The property was very nice, quiet and clean. I just wish there had been screens on the windows and a TV.
Used them from overseas to book a house in California for 2 weeks on our Hwy 1 trip , easy to work with. communication was excellent, and everything went without a hitch. House was fabulous and it was a great start to our holiday.

The home was clean and welcoming. Many small details made our stay memorable, local wine and coffee were available in the kitchen, artisan soaps in the bathroom and a local guide was provided as well.
This location was really nice, and it was very comfortable and really cute.
