Started a new line today. I had trouble setting up esim, tried another carrier and gave up then came here and rep was very patient and knowledgeable and resolved the issue. very happy with the service today. hope call quality is good.

Service being good, I may change to a new iPhone
Although I could see a lot of complaints about mobile service online, fortunately, with RedPocket for a month, so far, I haven't met any problem it can't solve or solve in a very long time. At the very beginning, I had a Wi-Fi calling problem with my old iPhone. I could neither turn on the WiFi-calling function nor key in the E911 address. So I contacted the representative from RedPocket; they helped me activate Wi-Fi-calling and filled in my 911 address. Wi-Fi-calling has adequately worked on my phone since then. I may still have some minor issues., but most of them are from my old iPhone, I believe. While I changed to a new iPhone, it will work better than right now for me.

what i wanted was reliable service, plan flexibility, and an easy to read dashboard to monitor all my phone lines red pocket is the only provider that provides these three basic thing.

Can't notice I have changed providers. No problems signing up and changing carriers and SIM cards. I am almost 70 years old and don't need all the frills other people might need. Best price I have found on the Internet. Thank you for providing this service.

Would definitely recommend!
I've be using red pocket for 4 or 5 years now and I've never had a major issue that they haven't fixed almost immediately. Most recently my data stopped working and CS Leslie got it back up and running within a few minutes. I've even talked my wife and her family into signing up and they've also been happy customers for a few years now with no complaints. Would definitely recommend them!
