I’ve used Reclamador on two occasions when I had serious issues with airlines, and both experiences were completely successful. I received a fair and even generous financial compensation in both cases. The first situation was very clear—over 10 hours of delay—so I was confident I was entitled to compensation. The second case was less straightforward, and I submitted the claim to Reclamador without much expectation, more as a “just in case.” To my surprise, they succeeded once again, and I received money back. So, my experience with Reclamador has been extremely positive. I've recommended them to friends, and I’ll definitely continue relying on them if I ever have flight issues in the future.

Really efficient service! I used Reclamador more than 5 times and they always manage to get a compensation from the airlines. You can easily upload you flight's information and they take care for everything. If my flight get delayed or cancelled I will use this website again for sure.

Pésima. Os recomiendo usar airhelp. Cobran lo mismo o menos y son mucho mas eficientes. He tenido varios vuelos cancelados durante estos años y este ultimo probé con reclamador.es y no lo volveré a hacer. En total la compañía me reembolso mas de 600 euros de los cuales solo he recibido unos 250€. Pésimo trato y eficiencia

no nos tuvimos que preocupar nada mas que de mandaros los comprobantes y documentos que nos pedisteis. A partir de ahi esperar que todo siguiera sus cauces, un poco lentos, pero supongo que no depende de vosotros. Eso si no solo es un 25% vuestro porcentaje , ya que hay un IVA y alguna otra cosa con lo que no contabamos
