Impossible to get hold of someone that knows what they're talking about

UK call center yes, but every call reaches 'reception' who have no visibility to your account, nor any technical or customer services capability. They promise to call back, never do. They promise to reply to emails, takes days. Router came misconfigured and locked so even when I connected to it via ethernet I was unable to manually setup the PPPoE settings. Waste of time, avoid. EDIT: I have shared my details with you, feel free to call and I'd gladly give my direct feedback as I've been trying to do for the last few days.

Connection mostly good and staff helpful

Line did go down for a few days and they did everything they could to help asap, Kevin was very helpful and we got credit back for the next month due to the inconvenience.

Patient and effective

Rebel persevered through a long, arduous process getting Openreach to install FTTP. Openreach would not allow me to initiate contact to arrange an appointment which is mind-numbingly short-sighted and unhelpful being a teacher that cannot take calls during the day. I can't imagine the mess I would be in with the undeserving, greedy broadband companies like Virgin Media, EE, Vodafone, BT, and their labyrinthian, unfair contract terms and predatory 'customer service'.

Superior Customer service

Great product with no issues . The only broadband service that offers a monthly rolling contract. Call answers quickly, unlike the big boys . Excellent Customer service . I highly recommend them

5 star service - I was a little dubious at first never…

I was a little dubious at first never having heard of Rebel, however from the offset they provided a first class service! Customer service is attentive and personal, no waiting in queues and they call back promptly. My service went online today smoothly with no hiccups. I feel confident if I have any issues that they will be addressed efficiently. Reasonably priced and I feel happier going with a company who aren’t one of the big fishes who just don’t care! 5 star rating for Rebel from me! Thank you!

Two years in and still loving Rebel customer service

I’ve been a customer for two years and their customer service at the outset was brilliant… even handling the menace that is “Openreach” with remarkable efficiency. Not necessarily the cheapest, but great connectivity, speeds and service when needed. Came to moving and once again there were cheaper options, boasting connection speeds that weren’t possible on that part of the network and then lengthy connection delays. Whilst Rebel’s website initially suggested 3 weeks for connection… their very responsive customer service team lucked into action, arranging connection on the day I moved in, even ensuring the necessary cables were here waiting for me. Yes you can find cheaper deals that quickly escalate in cost and lack the service when things go South… do you really need the extra hassle? Rebel are a great alternative, with support from real people that genuinely make a difference.

Had a problem, but founder of Rebel called me directly

I had a problem with my internet onboarding being delayed. I initially wrote a negative review, but I received a call from the founder of Rebel, David, after he saw my review. I appreciated the his effort in reaching out to me personally, he was very empathetic, and fixed my problem asap. Was really nice of him to go above and beyond to do this for me.

Made a booking to get the internet…

Made a booking to get the internet broadband to be delivered to me. I paid, however my circumstances have changed which meant I wasn’t moving to another place and didn’t need the broadband anymore. Contacted the team and refund was issued pretty quickly. Great customer service.

Joined Rebel just over a month ago

Joined Rebel just over a month ago. Very happy to finally have a stable internet/Wifi connection. Also love how the app alerts you when a device has joined the network. Oh, and you can actually speak with real people and not those annoying bots!
