Two years in and still loving Rebel customer service
I’ve been a customer for two years and their customer service at the outset was brilliant… even handling the menace that is “Openreach” with remarkable efficiency. Not necessarily the cheapest, but great connectivity, speeds and service when needed. Came to moving and once again there were cheaper options, boasting connection speeds that weren’t possible on that part of the network and then lengthy connection delays. Whilst Rebel’s website initially suggested 3 weeks for connection… their very responsive customer service team lucked into action, arranging connection on the day I moved in, even ensuring the necessary cables were here waiting for me. Yes you can find cheaper deals that quickly escalate in cost and lack the service when things go South… do you really need the extra hassle? Rebel are a great alternative, with support from real people that genuinely make a difference.
