Absolutely ridiculous that we got denied a rental because they can't figure out income based on a 1099 & tax return for it. Between my girlfriends 34k w2 & my 109k 1099 which comes out to a 62k income they said we can afford the $1500.00 apartment. Even after they spoke with my landlord & verified that for the last 5 years we have paid $1150.00 on time. We got denied due to their incompetence.

RealT offre une opportunité d'investissement incroyable: celle d'investir dans des fractions de propriétés américaines, bientôt européennes, à travers des tokens. Les rendements se situent autour de 10% et les loyers sont perçus tous les lundis sur son portefeuille crypto. J'apprécie le professionnalisme de l'équipe. La transparence avec notamment des appels communautaires en direct tous les jeudis pour parler des projets en cours et à venir. Le service client est excellent. Au top!
J'aime bien le fait que cela permet d'investir facilement dans de l'immobilier et de le faire de manière atypique, ce qui permet de diversifier son portefeuille. Le point faible est que c'est dur d'investir des montants un peu conséquents.

RealT est une plateforme d’investissement dans le domaine de l’immobilier fractionné. Ils sont pionniers dans ce domaine car les tokens acquis sont émis sur la Blockchain. Le côté positif de RealT c’est que tout le monde peut y accéder. Cela demande un peu de temps pour se familiariser. Le support technique est vraiment très disponible pour aider. Et il y a une forte communauté active sur les réseaux sociaux pour échanger.

Great innovative platform. If you know how blockchain works, with a little learning curve, it is easy to figure out. I echo other reviews where purchase is simple, but lacks liquidity to sell easily. I like the consistency and transparency on rent payments. I was using RealT for about a year, however US investors can no longer buy RealT properties. I find this odd considering most properties on the platform are in the US. I still have my initial holdings and look forward to the platform supporting US investors in the future.

très bonne société qui permet d'investir dans l'immobilier US et bientot dans d'autre pays a bas prix (50$mini) pour faire l'acquisition de bien via des LLC ou INC ( équivalent SCPI US) et mettre un pied dans la cryptomonnaie puisqu'il font de la tokenisation immobilière
