Startup très dynamique et innovante en matière d’investissements locatifs (aux US majoritairement). Les dirigeants créateurs, sont très présents auprès des investisseurs (replay disponibles sur YouTube). De nombreux outils complémentaires sont développés par la communauté d’investisseurs.

Tout ce que l’on recherche en tant qu’investisseur est là la clarté/transparence, les nouveauté, une équipe au TOP et surtout le rendement ! Si je devais garder une plate-forme d’investissement ce serais celle la le tout petit point négatif qui sera corrigé au fil du temps et le manque de diversité hors US.

J'investit avec RealT depusi près d'un an . à ce jour la hotline est très réactive et les paiements des loyers réguliers. L'interface utilisateur est encore un peu technique pour sécuriser son portefeuille mais je suis sûr qu'ils travaillent dessus pour rendre l'expéreince encore meilleure.

Meilleure plateforme d'immobilier tokenisé et de très loin. Team ultra compétente, transparente et à l'écoute de la communauté. Intégration de la Blockchain/DeFi pour echanger les tokens en pair a pair et les déposer en collateral pour emprunter.
