Realt is the best investment I have made so far, started investing in September 2022. There is a great community and the team is being fully committed to their investors, you can ask questions directly to the founders and the management team through the weekly community call (in English and French) on YouTube. They are very transparent and they work hard to bring the best out of every property they offer. So far, so good ! Other major advantages : Very good liquidity with an active secondary market, weekly payments, very good APY, RMM collateralization.

The way to invest is easy. I receive rent every Monday. I started investing a year ago. Until now, everything goes fine. I hope it continuous with this nice experience.

J’adore absolument tout sur realt. J’ai mis 4 étoiles uniquement car je suis extrêmement pressé d’avoir accès à une v3 du rmm disposant de la majorité voir de l’intégralité des propriétés dessus car j’ai d’autres projets que je voudrais accélérer grâce à cela. Bonne journée

Investir dans l'immobilier (U.S) sans tous les soucis de gestions avec simplicité. Un minimum de connaissances sont tout de même indispensable en blockchain: savoir créer un portefeuille Metamask, et gérer ses fonds cryptos pour échanger ses loyers en € sivous en avez besoins. Autrement il est possible de réinvestir ses loyers pour acheter d'autres propriétés. Mais je m'égare... Beaucoup de possibilités sont proposées, les loyers sont versés tous les lundis, il y a une super communauté sur Telegram avec pleins de tutos pour tout les niveaux.

facilité d'investissement immobilier sans besoin de faire un crédit immo. une carte bleu suffit. Des rendement immo très bon sans s'occuper de rien. pour ceux qui maitrise la crypto, il y a des petits plus très intéressant tels que le marché secondaire, les earning, le crédit crypto. une équipe très compétante et disponible. l'expérience est très sympa avec des vrais pro qui gèrent.

The plateforme gets overloaded at each purchase time. I think it worths some scale up setups at that time. If you're using the cloud think about some autoscale setups. Or switch to spot instance offers to save costs.
