Ok so im verified and i won some money and am still waiting on it. This os some BS. I emailed to figure out what's going on auto response tells me I need to wait 4 days nope not happening until I get a response they will get one star and every platform I can find until they go bankrupt so I would like to response today otherwise I'm going to keep going

Biggest issue w Realprize is redemption time. Currently have been waiting dayssss on a skrill ewallet to ewaĺlet redeem, sadly does no good to reach out bc by the time they open your ticket its been at least 3dsys. I really like Realprize, would play alot more if not for this issue. Edit: Thank you for your reply and understanding.. It always worries me when I don't hear anything and days go by w no reply. I finally did get a response and it made me feel much better about it. Then several hours later recieved my redemption. I guess I just need to be more patient..ill agree to that. For your security, I need to verify your identity: - Your Full Name - Your Complete Physical Address - Your Date of Birth - The Device Used for Your Last Login - The Last 4 Digits of Your Registered Phone Number - The Date of Your Last Login and the Last Game You Played Sending personal information over email to someone working at “Zendesk” is not only idiotic, it’s worrisome because it means that this person already has access to your personal information. This site does not have integrity and possibly is in violation of protecting sensitive customer data. Finally, asking for “The date of last login and game played” is nothing more than an attempt to get the player gaming again. Do not play at a site like this. Virtually any other site is better. I have upgraded this site to 3 stars, as they finally have closed my account as requested without the need to provide sensitive information via email, although I don’t believe they’ve updated their policy.
