This site does not value player safety or security. Requesting self exclusion should be a simple process. I sent an email to support requesting to be permanently excluded. Instead, the reply was a taunt of a bonus and solicited for personal information. This has been going on now for a week and the company refuses to exclude me if I don’t provide the following information: I understand your request to close your account by self-excluding it, Seth. Self exclusion will affect your VIP Status and you will lose all perks, Account Reviews & added Bonus , VIP Host communications and added support to your account in case of reopening. For your security, I need to verify your identity: - Your Full Name - Your Complete Physical Address - Your Date of Birth - The Device Used for Your Last Login - The Last 4 Digits of Your Registered Phone Number - The Date of Your Last Login and the Last Game You Played Sending personal information over email to someone working at “Zendesk” is not only idiotic, it’s worrisome because it means that this person already has access to your personal information. This site does not have integrity and possibly is in violation of protecting sensitive customer data. Finally, asking for “The date of last login and game played” is nothing more than an attempt to get the player gaming again. Do not play at a site like this. Virtually any other site is better. I have upgraded this site to 3 stars, as they finally have closed my account as requested without the need to provide sensitive information via email, although I don’t believe they’ve updated their policy.
