I've emailed Real Prize support as they've stated on my last review, however no one has followed up with me. It's been over 48 hours and the $110 prize I've won still hasn't been processed. I will never support this company again. I don't even know if I'll get the $110 I've won at this point?

First of all, I’ve been with real prize for over a year and it’s true at first the redemptions were not fast but not too long maybe a couple days I’ve leveled up to a rose gold VIP member and my last three or four redemptions have taken exactly 14 days And I don’t care if it’s been with cash redemptions or gift card redemptions …. and I want everybody to hear this 14 days so my advise to anybody that joins platform and that reads this go ahead get your first couple wins under your belt then drop this site like a hot potato because being a long time member leveling up only means your RTP goes to the bottom of the ocean with whale Doodoo and your payouts take forever so if you wanna keep your sanity stick and move, I wouldn’t recommend this site to my enemies oh one more thing their customer service is nonexistent and you’ll see it when they respond to this. Ive been a player at Realprize for a long time, and never really had much luck for about a year, but this year, I've had great luck with them. Ive always gotten redemptions in a timely manner, within a 24 to 48 hour time frame. Well it seems that redeems have been taking longer now, as I'm on my 5th or 6th. Keep in mind these are all minimum, of 100sc to 200, max. I was card checked on day 2 of waiting, did that promptly, and its been 24 hours since the card check, and I've not seen anything yet. They said my redemption was being reviewed, a 100 dollar redemption. Id expect this with large redemptions, but its odd, happening with an amount so low. Anyways, I hope this gets resolved, and they add instant redemption in the near future, so that theres no false expectations, or cash in limbo.

PLEASE. Read the one star reviews before playing!! We are all saying the same thing. The 5 star reviews are fake or from people that don’t play on a regular. They allow you to win one then their RTP becomes criminal. Whenever you do win they drag it out as long as possible hoping you cancel the redemption. These people are absolute scum. I have made 173 deposits with real prize. Most have been 20$ deposits. I obtained this information through their customer service. Out of those 173 deposits. 1000’s of dollars. I had my account above the $ 100 threshold made 5 times. I had won once prior to those deposits. I would love to be able to post pictures here or for real prize to reply back to this review. Doesn’t matter how stupid I am and feel. Hopefully this will help someone from making this same mistake. Remember this review and if you win it only gonna be once. As far as the redemption process. You get approved fairly quick but they will pay when they feel like it. No schedule just whenever they see you are not gonna cancel it. Also don’t be fooled by their extremely friendly customer service. Sure they love to keep you. They will even comp you free money but you will not win. Too bad you can’t post pictures with the reviews. I love to show you how stupid i am.
