I've applied to probably 20+ jobs through this site over the past year. Got interviews for about 5 of them and landed one position. The quality of listings is generally good, but competition is fierce since it's a popular site. The blog posts with job search tips are actually pretty useful too.

It's a fine resource but nothing you can't find elsewhere with a bit more effort. The curation is nice but the selection feels limited compared to larger job boards.
