Wheel chair provided promptly, however not 12 months old and one tyre simply cracked and fell off, used twice. Rapid simply said not covered by warranty find a replacement online "somewhere"....so no customer service, no support, they didn't even provide supplier details so I could contract them and buy. Very disappointed with their poor customer service. Just not interested.

WARNING. Don’t buy from this company. They take your money and then aren’t interested in returns or rectifying problems. Once they have your money they keep referring to their terms and conditions. It is disgraceful. Do NOT buy from this company. No customer service or satisfaction. Only aggravation.

The whole exsperence ordering to asking questions fantastic service. I ordered 3 In 1 EVO E-Traveller Hybrid Multi Tasker Rollator Walker Electric Wheelchair. Fantastic walker easy to use folds ready for boot. Very comfortable to sit even drives easy. Made really well I am very happy. This one cost a bit more but well worth it electric wheel chair for when you can’t walk, walker when u are able to walk. Just a over all Fantastic buy Arrived in four days can’t beat that also comes assembled. I ordered a cup holder too so I can have a coffee while out and about.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I accidentally orders 2 of the same exact thing and haven’t even opened the 2nd box when both arrived and they won’t accept it back because “terms and conditions” it has NOT BEEN TOUCHED. This is how they treat our senior citizens - pensioners. Appalling customer service. Don’t buy from this organisation. And they proudly state NDIS

Bought covid rat tests end of November they expire January. No response to messages or emails. Would not trust this company at all.

I purchased 10 lollipop RAT tests and when they arrived (19 January 2024) they had an expiry date of 5 March 2024. When I contacted them about this, they said that it was shown under key features. When I looked again, it was, but on the last line. If they expire that quickly, it should have been clearly shown in the product header, not hidden under detail that few people will read to the end of. I will never use this company again as I consider their conduct to be deceptive and dishonest.

I bought a commode from them for my elderly father. Before it could arrive, my father was sent to the hospital for palliative long term stay and we did not need the commode anymore. The company refused to accept a return even though it was entirely unused and we had not even received it. I appealed a couple of times but to no avail. It was more than $500 and zero customer service.

Warning!! This is a disreputable company that preys on the sick, elderly and vulnerable! Sold me a piece of rubbish that never worked and took over 10 days to arrive in Sydney for 3 times the price of a far superior product from Amazon that was delivered the next day!! I sent Rapid Medical Supplies many emails explaining how disappointed I was and to please refund my money, all emails were ignored because when I eventually got a reply it simply said they had sent a replacement product which I no longer need and certainly don't want. As they proudly display a misleading "Money Back" sticker on their website, I felt totally ripped off. I tried to call repeatedly but every time I got a prerecorded message telling me to email them for a quick response. Terrible service

Ordered 20 RAT tests. Arrived 13/12 expire 11/1/2024. Useless.

Absolutely pathetic service !!!!!! I paid same-day delivery yesterday which is 26th November. I ordered it at 7 am by 9 pm. It was still not here. I have phoned you several times left messages. Emailed been on the chat had no communication no response and no order so therefore I will never recommend you you’re the worst unprofessional service that I have ever experienced you are truly pathetic.

The Customer Service is deplorable. I’ve had no responses to 4 phone calls and messages and 3 emails. This company has a lot to learn

We ordered crutches for my daughter, once they were received we no longer required them. We didnt open the packaging and asked to send them back for a refund. We were refused. I reached out a few times to attempt to resolve. The 'so called Customer Service team' hid behind their T&C's and refused to come to the party. This is a wasteful company that offers awful service. I wont purchase from them in the future that's for sure.

Even on the lowest setting for this toilet booster, my feet are still dangling 😞

Very disappointed. The Company's profile brings up a Google rating of 4.7 stars. I cannot even write a Googke review for them. And therein lies the deceit. I purchased a knee mobility scooter for my wife after her bunion surgery. The reviews spoke of prompt delivery which is why I went with them. Thinking it would reach me in 2 days. Two days later when I inquired, the responses were pathetic, UNTIL, I took up the matter with PayPal!. Then I got a very quick response from Shane, who apologied and said the packaging was damaged and hence it was still sitting in the warehouse. Left with the option of cancelling the order or going to a new company, I said okay if they sent it quick. Because it was a Friday, it arrived 4 days later. So in total 1 week!. Very UNRAPID medical supplies. Now after assembly, turns out that the scooter is lop sided ie it only sits on 3 wheels , never on 4 wheels. From the staff who I tried to correspond with, it seems like a common defect!!. They have given me the address of a service provider in Melbourne which is about 60 km away from my place!. Who could have a look at it. I would not recommend buying any mobility items from this Company.

Terrible company that offer no exchange or refund policy even when a product has not been used. I purchased a frame for my elderly father. It did not fit properly in his house and presented a trip hazard. These are tihings that are difficult to understand when buying online. I assumed a company supplying such items to vulnerable people would underrstand these circumstances and accept exchange but they don't. There are plenty of other better companies from which to buy such supplies.

I have bought the P2/N95 SoftMed respirator masks from Rapid Medical Supplies before. I needed more and the price of these masks from Rapid Medical Supplies were more than reasonable. The masks themselves are definitely more comfortable and more breathable than the AMD or PPE Tech masks. The masks are softer and the ear loops are more comfortable. I don't end up with sore ears despite wearing them for 7 hours a day. Their service is great and their chat line is quick. I didn't have to wait more than a few seconds to get a reply from them.

Ordered 3 weeks ago, nothing delivered yet. After several emails they just resent me the tracking information which tells me the product is sittling somewhere and not moving. I asked for a refund and they say no refunds for change of mind. I dont have what I ordered. Company will not assist in any useful way.

I bought a rollator a days ago and they delivered next day, it is the best online store that I ever used.
