Derek and his team was great to work with. I recently purchased a property through the agency and Derek has been with me step by step all the way to completion. He is a hard working and dedicated man. I cannot express how much I appreciate his hard work. I definitely recommend anyone that is looking to buy/sell or rent to go through Ramsey Moore and speak to Derek.

Exceptional service from Derek Long and Ramsey Moore
Me and my wife have had the assistance of an agent named ‘Derek Long’ who had honestly given us exceptional service throughout the whole time in which it took for purchasing our property. There was not a single event in which I needed to contact him and he was not available. I’d give Derek more than 5 stars if that were possible. Great guy and great service provided by Ramsey Moore Dagenham.

I do not know where to start with this…
I do not know where to start with this review...but I feel obliged to be honest with whoever reads this review. Ramsey Moore did not keep me up to date with activities involving the sale of my house. In fact at one point, they lied to the vendors estate agent when asked for an update on the sale of my house. I have never felt so left down by a group of so called professionals in my life. None of the viewers that were lined up to view my house were qualified; in fact I am convinced that they just dragged people in off the street! They have wasted my time. Utterly useless!

Fairly smooth flat completion
I recently completed on a flat with Ramsey Moore. From the beginning my estate agent was friendly and kept me informed. However, at the end there was a bit of confusion with exchange and completion dates. This is fairly normal during most property sales and not completely their fault. However, they did deal with the issue in an efficient manner and the sale was successfully completed. I would recommend them.

SIMPLY THE BEST
SIMPLY THE BEST. Under very stressful circumstances, my father had just passed away. I called Ramsey Moore for a value for probate. When Mark Harris arrived I knew I had chosen the best estate agent. All the discussions were handled with care and sympathy. Mark answered all my questions as I do not live in the U.K. So would have to allow him to look after the sale in my absence. No problem was too much trouble for him and he and his team looked after everything. From first contact to completion they were totally professional. So if you want "the best" go to Ramsey Moore.
