Derek and his team was great to work with. I recently purchased a property through the agency and Derek has been with me step by step all the way to completion. He is a hard working and dedicated man. I cannot express how much I appreciate his hard work. I definitely recommend anyone that is looking to buy/sell or rent to go through Ramsey Moore and speak to Derek.

Exceptional service from Derek Long and Ramsey Moore
Me and my wife have had the assistance of an agent named ‘Derek Long’ who had honestly given us exceptional service throughout the whole time in which it took for purchasing our property. There was not a single event in which I needed to contact him and he was not available. I’d give Derek more than 5 stars if that were possible. Great guy and great service provided by Ramsey Moore Dagenham.

Sellers Experience - a recommendation
I have recently completed the sale of my Parents house , not easy as I reside in Spain. Derek Long of Ramsey Moore visited me to provide an evaluation. I knew straight away this was the agent to use for the sale. He came across as professional but relaxed and approachable and most importantly listened to my needs that I wouldn’t be in the country and therefore needed a quality service. The evaluation was conducted in good time , and once I gave the go ahead a buyer was located very quickly. Unfortunately this buyer had a change of mind but again a second purchaser was found in days. The whole process was undertaken efficiently and I was kept informed of progress at all times , even at times on Dereks off days. I would like to place on record my thanks to Derek for his performance throughout and providing a personal go the extra mile service. I would have no hesitation in recommending him as your choice of estate agent.

My experience with Ramsey Moore has been excellent. From the first time I met Tony Matthew, Derek long, Mark Harris, there support has been outstanding even when I've got stressed like women do don't tell my husband that haha there have picked me back up I've never known a estate agent like these. there advice as been fantastic in the 5 months there have now become friends to me and will miss them all so if you want the best to sell your house / flat go to Ramsey Moore and tell them janine recommended them once again thank you all for everything you all have done 🤗😁 janine John Harris bye merlin 🐾

Met Tony about four years ago when I needed a valuation for my divorce, he came and did exactly what I needed at the time which was an accurate valiation and put it all in writing as I needed, at the time I told him when I was ready to sell I'd be in touch, four years later I made the call to his surprise and after one call I knew he was the man for the job and through the whole process of my sale he was there for all my questions all my panics and went over and above everytime, you don't feel like just a costomer you feel like it's important to all the guys at Ramsey Moore and wow Tony sold my house quick, Thanks guys
