Derek and his team was great to work with. I recently purchased a property through the agency and Derek has been with me step by step all the way to completion. He is a hard working and dedicated man. I cannot express how much I appreciate his hard work. I definitely recommend anyone that is looking to buy/sell or rent to go through Ramsey Moore and speak to Derek.

Exceptional service from Derek Long and Ramsey Moore
Me and my wife have had the assistance of an agent named ‘Derek Long’ who had honestly given us exceptional service throughout the whole time in which it took for purchasing our property. There was not a single event in which I needed to contact him and he was not available. I’d give Derek more than 5 stars if that were possible. Great guy and great service provided by Ramsey Moore Dagenham.

By far the best agents i have dealt…
By far the best agents i have dealt with. Really understanding, work with the seller and the buyer, really helpful in communicating genuine issues to the other side. We had the worlds most incompetent solicitor but these guys were brilliant and helped the purchase go through. We would have lost it wasnt for Derek, Tony and the team. Massive thank you to you all.

Have had a very professional service throughout our sale although very friendly at the same time. Couldn't have had better care from Derek who was always there to take phone calls, even when he was on holiday. All office staff were extremely friendly and seemed nothing was any trouble.
