Derek and his team was great to work with. I recently purchased a property through the agency and Derek has been with me step by step all the way to completion. He is a hard working and dedicated man. I cannot express how much I appreciate his hard work. Exceptional service from Derek Long and Ramsey Moore
Me and my wife have had the assistance of an agent named ‘Derek Long’ who had honestly given us exceptional service throughout the whole time in which it took for purchasing our property. There was not a single event in which I needed to contact him and he was not available. I’d give Derek more than 5 stars if that were possible. Great guy and great service provided by Ramsey Moore Dagenham.

My experience has been amazing with Ramsey Moore and stuff. They met all our needs efficiently. We are happy in our new home and could not have done it without the help of one of their estate agents Robyn who went above and beyond. Highly recommend this estate agents and would definitely use in the future.

Incredibly professional and…
Incredibly professional and knowledgeable agent, we used RM to rent our home out and they guided us through the process ensuring all boxes were ticked and found us suitable tenants within 24hrs of the ad going live. Very responsive to all queries on email and WhatsApp. I would definitely use them again for renting or selling.

Used Ramsey Moore for the sale of our property Derek was always on time for viewings, always at the end of the phone if we had any questions and if he wasn't available, would aways return calls without having to be chased. Always got back to us with feed back. Lydnsey was also very helpful and friendly when we called the office. I would definitely recommend Ramsey Moore

The time and effort the guys at Ramsey Moore put in with making our property sale and subsequent rental of a property to make everything seamless was second to none . We purchased a property through Ramsey Moore. It was a very difficult chain which had issues popping up all the time. Mark was always available to sort any issues out, and would regularly keep in contact with all conveyancers and estate agents in the chain to make sure that everyone was moving in the right direction. I genuinely believe that without Mark at Ramsey Moore that we would have never been able to complete our move.
