Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Kevin, patrol ID:1309. Kevin arrived quicker than I could have hoped for. He was friendly and polite, easy to engage with and attentive. He listened to my concerns, gave my vehicle a thorough assessment and provided me with reassurance and sound recommendations to enable me to get back on the road, putting my mind at ease.

Waste of time and money!
Contacted the RAC as I had a busted tyre after picking up my twins, aged 1, from the nursery. Roasting hot day and they advise the earliest they could have someone out was between 8.20pm and 11.20pm, this was reported at 4.30pm. When I called to explain the situation they advised they could send me out a tyre fitter but as I have the spare tyre and wanted that to be used then there was nothing they could do. They basically wanted to sell me a tyre, that way they can make money and thought I'd take them up on their offer. However the AA was amazing, contacted at 5.15pm and they advised estimated time was 6.10pm and the man turned up at 5.45pm. RAC should be ashamed of themselves

Work out how to contact the rac before any breakdown 192025
The mechanic arrived much faster than originally stated. he knew exactly what the problem was and gave me the choice of enabling me to drive to my usual garage or fix it there. I chose for him to put me a new battery in. He was polite and friendly However I would have preferred to ring as the online system would have been very difficult without help.

I am shocked at how fantastic my recovery was, Richard (patrol 1829) was amazing. He genuinely made an awful experience bearable. I was stuck on the M5 (female on my own). He got to me in half an hour and was so helpful and nice. He went above and beyond to make me feel safe and gave me great advice. Couldn’t recommend more, as I’ve heard such horror stories. Biggest surprise to have such amazing service when so many companies now seem to offer such bad services.
