Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

Our patrol guy was excellent
Our patrol guy, Anthony... ID 7143... was excellent. Really tried hard to sort out the fault with our WAV. Despite not being able to fix the fault he spent a long time on the phone with the mobility company making sure they full understood what was wrong and needed fixing. Many thanks.

Brilliant, fast, effective, knowledgeable and kind. Knowing nothing about cars he also explained in a way to make me want to know more rather than being made to feel less than.
