Richard - ID 5009 turned up to within a few seconds of the expected time given by the app. He got straight to work and identified the problem. Very professional and informative. He did not carry the battery i needed, but he got the vehicle started so i could drive to local garage.

Very good mechanic
The mechanic (Kevin ID 5409) was brilliant. He was efficient in getting the car going and then followed us home to make sure everything was ok. He was very polite and extremely helpful.

Was very easy to arrange
Was very easy to arrange. I was kept updated with everything that was occuring to get a patrol out. The guy fixing my car was called Shain (ID: 4002) he arrived promptly, was very professional and friendly. Explained to me in great detail what the issue was and how best to resolve it. Couldnt fault it or the RAC on this. A very good service
