one of the worst for customer service have ever experienced, they have said know more surveys & the Β£9,67 in my account said they would be keeping, bunch of thiefβs would keep well away from this terrible company.
Although one of the surveys timed out before completion, it was fairly ready to complete the next ones.
I love Qmee. Very good way to make extra money.

I have recently been experiencing difficulty logging into my qmee account, and the response I have received from the qmee support has been very helpful, and the replies have been sent very promptly. Qmee is an amazing site to earn a little extra cash, because the money earned builds up very quickly, and payment through PayPal is almost instant

Used to be the best survey app but in recent times it has gone very far downhill. I receive payment about 30% of the time and more often than not I will have completed the entire survey when I'm told I don't qualify or whatever. The report tool is a joke, they don't read that and they offer absolutely no support when you do reach out regardless of any evidence. They instead give you a long list of things you have probably done wrong. It's strange how on reputable platforms like Prolific where the surveys are individually scrutinized I've never had one rejection in over 2000 submissions but on Qmee I must be breaking the rules left and right because it can't be anyone elses fault. Oh and it's almost always the higher paid surveys that you don't receive payment for, weird!! I wouldn't recommend unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment. Update after reply, there you go someone elses fault. No it's not unique, frustration is a part of surveys but it's the way that the provider deals with issues that makes the difference.

Update. Another month on and it is no better in fact worse.Just completed another survey for Β£2.32 took 30 minutes and after actually being thanked for completing it they declined to pay the incentive.This happens time and time again.They harvest your information and have absolutely no intention of paying you.It isn't just a scam it is fraud and Qmee condone it.My advice is never do a survey over 75p because you won't get paid.Under that amount it is about 50/50 whether you get paid or not.Because of these scam surveys you could spend several hours doing them and maybe end up with a pound or two.I've been a member for several months and it has not got any better probably worse.
