one of the worst for customer service have ever experienced, they have said know more surveys & the £9,67 in my account said they would be keeping, bunch of thief’s would keep well away from this terrible company.
As a young woman trying to make a little money honestly, I never expected to be treated with such coldness and cruelty. I used Qmee fairly, answered every survey truthfully, and followed every rule. When the app stopped working and I could no longer cash out, I reached out politely, confused, anxious, and genuinely upset.
Their response? They banned me without warning, accused me of "fraudulent activity," and told me my money was invalid. I hadn’t done anything wrong. I told them I was struggling personally and was really upset. I asked for help respectfully.
Instead of compassion, I got a copy-paste accusation, and a threat of "legal action" if I made another account.
I wasn’t even told what I had supposedly done. I was just erased. Like I was nothing.
They saw someone young and vulnerable and assumed I’d go quietly. But people deserve to know how they treat those who speak up. There was no compassion. No willingness to listen. Just a robotic shutdown.
Even if a survey partner flagged me for a mistake, that’s not the same as fraud. I wasn’t even told what I did, just labelled and erased.
I’m not claiming every single one of my survey answers was exactly what they wanted, no one can give perfect answers all the time. But the accusations, lack of explanation, unnecessary threats, and complete absence of compassion were unacceptable.
My emails were respectful, honest, and vulnerable. I tried to explain what was going on and asked for help calmly. And yet I was treated like a threat, like I was already a confirmed bad actor, not a real person asking to be heard.
I don't want an account back, and I’m not even asking for the money. What I want is honesty, accountability, and for this kind of treatment to be exposed. I’m not doing anything wrong by speaking up but I will not sit back and accept being treated as if I am.
Please be careful with this company. If something goes wrong, you may not be treated like a person. I wasn’t.

This was not an “issue.” This was a false accusation of fraud—a very serious claim—made without any explanation, evidence, or warning. You continue to state it as fact, yet provide nothing to justify it. That is not just unprofessional, it’s deeply irresponsible.
If you believe I committed fraud, I invite you to clearly state what, exactly, I did. Otherwise, this blanket accusation is unfounded and defamatory, and it makes your entire platform appear irrational and untrustworthy.
I have made it very clear that I am not asking for my account back, and I’m not asking for the money either. I emailed for help in good faith, and in response, I was threatened with “legal action” and told you would no longer reply to me. I was not rude. I was not aggressive. I was simply trying to understand why I had been treated this way.
Instead, I was written off as a bad actor—with no evidence, no explanation, and no humanity. It’s disgraceful. And if this is how you treat loyal users, people deserve to know, and I assure you they will.
Most pathetic, crappy app on the face of the earth. They take your feedback and do the opposite. I am sick of getting disqualified EVERY STINKING TIME I DO A SURVEY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THIS.CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!!!!
Very short surveys are pretty ok but still be careful Had one supposedly 11 mins but took over 40 mins only to be screened out at the end
Longer ones and or higher amounts if you can get in then good luck
I think that's why they label them as shorter ones but really they aren't
They do pay quick (usually seconds) though
QMEE generally pays fast BUT they will allow survey providers to TAKE all your survey answers and still not pay you. You can provide 100 percent of the survey and you will get nothing >< EDIT: people who take surveys need to UNDERSTAND that you likely will get nothing...so I hope you enjoy throwing your time away ...for free even :P
A lot of the surveys don't work. They will take me to a page cant load message. There are some surveys that will have you go all the way through it. However, it won't give a payout at the end. Alot of the surveys are a waste of time.
