one of the worst for customer service have ever experienced, they have said know more surveys & the £9,67 in my account said they would be keeping, bunch of thief’s would keep well away from this terrible company.

Poor industry practice

Qmee doesn’t protect the user from poor survey practices, such as allowing the user to complete long surveys only to get rejected at the end, meaning they do not get paid for the time they have given. Their response is that that is an industry-wide practice and if that is true, then the whole industry is a con. They do pay out but this is by no means worth anyone’s time. It is very poor pay as it is. When you add in the amount of late rejections, you are earning literally pennies per hour. They also accuse you of giving poor answers and that being the reason for the decline even when that is not the case and you gave genuine, considered answers

Avoid these scammers.

i made a review a few weeks back, now its got even worse. most surveys decline, dont trust the survey times as they lie, 7 min for a survey? more like half an hour, then when you finish the survey and the survey doesn't redirect you back so it doesn't pay, i think qmee are trying to scam people now as its happening every time i try and use it, its annoying because i used to enjoy qmee, i even gave them a good review a few years back, now i WOULD NOT recommend to anyone, there are better survey sites out there that dont waste your time (5surveys, prime opinion etc)

I really like doing surveys on qmee but…

I really like doing surveys on qmee but my biggest issue is getting denied so much and then doing an entire survey and still get denied. At least give out more partial rewards for our time spent on each survey . A lot of people do this to make money not just side money so it will really help if qmee can stop with the getting denied and not giving us something for our time

Occasionally you get paid

Occasionally you get paid, but so often you complete the full survey and don’t receive anything. I’ve never had this happen with other survey sites where you either get accepted or declined at the beginning. It’s really frustrating spending time completing a survey and not getting anything in return. When contacting customer service they tell me that the survey provider haven’t provided any reason for the rejection and don’t provide any support.
