I cant understand why the first order costs 32.99 for 2 bags and then after 30% off costs 23.00 then its says second order 10 % off then the same order jumps up to 65.00 without a discount instead of 32.99 then when 10% off is applied it is 60.00, that is not clearly written anywhere, I feel misled in to thinking that it would be 32.99 without discount instead of 65.00

Great company, personalised service. Provides good advice for my dog with allergies and my dogs absolutely love the food. One of my dogs is a grazer but with this food mixed with her normal dry food, her bowl is always finished and licked clean. My other dog initially had a reaction to the food but is fine on the sensitive salmon and loves it too.

I have been using this food for less than a month and already my little rough haired dog’s coat has become soft and shiny.

I wanted my dog to love this food!! She's an 11 year old boxer with skin allergies. She was sick the first couple of times she had this, but now seems to be enjoying the food however, her allergies are as bad as ever. No change at all after over 2 weeks. Yesterday's delivery arrived with one bag open and product spilt out. I had concerns about the bag being opened in transit and the spilled quantity going in the bin. I did receive a reply to my email just saying they would pass the info on to their production team with no concern about the open pack or spillage. This food is too expensive to be putting spillages in the bin! I will persevere but there are many negative reviews about delivery, and if I have any more issues I will probably cancel my subscription. Sorry boys - but I really did want to love every aspect of this new way of feeding.

My dog loves this food we’ve found that the salmon & chicken are the best for him as anything with wheat or rice irritates his skin ,the only negative is since swapping to prime delivery as their not so good as the Evie was

My 1yr old pup was so fussy with food. She wouldn't eat kibble & would only really eat enough wet to sustain herself. Putting her onto Pure has been a game changer. She runs to her bowl & eats everything. Having on a repeat order saves worrying about running out.

My dog can’t wait for his tea, he’s literally jumping around as soon as I put my hand on the bag. The only shame is that there aren’t more choices of recipes for his sensitive and picky little soul! I reached out to customer services, who were very informative, helpful, and quick to respond. My order arrived in a couple of days, and the difference in Sam, since he started on Pure, is immense… he has much more energy, his coat is healthier, and his fur is regrowing on his bald patches. There is, of course, a downside: now he feels better he’s a bit naughtier!!!

max is a very old staffy and was having a problem getting him to eat his other foods so i tried purepet to see if he would eat it what a shock he could not eat it quick enough so much so he chases his bowl around the floor licking it clean

My dogs devour this food and look very well on it, the customer service is first class.i would give 10 stars if I could.

Whilst I love the food for its merits of easy storage, quick to make up and the excellent condition my dog is in as well as maintaining a very healthy weight, we are often asked what food I am giving her due to her excellent condition. We have experienced delivery issues but the excellent customer care team have gone above and beyond to help solve this. I would highly recommend Pure for any canine

Feeding instructions incomplete so food had not rehydrated when I gave it to dog and she ended up in absolute agony as it rehydrated in her stomach. I admit I gave her too much but the instructions are still not correct and are incomplete. I thought she had Bloat she was in so much pain and almost rushed her to emergency vet. When I spoke to customer service they suggested that it is best to use boiling water, not warm and to leave it for as long as 15 minutes, not a few minutes. I cancelled and thought I would use the packet anyway following their instructions. The consistency is mush, like baby food (does not really look like picture) and my dog has to lick it up. On the plus side she loved it (but she likes everything) but she was still hungry. Not a great experience for either of us. Would not recommend.

My little frenchie loves her new food especially the duck recipe but she has to fight the cat off it who loves it too ,I will update soon with hopefully a change in my little pooch .I just wish they did a cat one, customer services got back to me straight away after my enquiry . Packages are lovely and so good with the velcro packets to keep really fresh .
