Would definitely recommend this food My dogs coat was really hard to maintain. He’d get big clumps of fur that was hard to brush out. This food has worked wonders. My second dog who had a nice coat now has a silky luxurious coat!!!!

I ordered Pure after finding information on Royal Welsh stand. I provided necessary information to formulate my dog Milo's daily requirement, this being calculated at 4 scoops per day. He cleared his bowl each time butI was concerned that it didn't look enough but trusted it was right according to instructions. When I queried this in reply to '2 week review' email I was astounded by reply that as Milo's weight 'was now calculated at 25kg (which was the weight I gave initially) he was now on 7 scoops per day', so basically I had been feeding him almost half what he should have been having and had I not queried this he would have continued to be underfed. I am seriously unhappy about this and will make a formal complaint. I also emailed the company about a delivery of food when I already had ample supply (obviously as Milo was being underfed) and didn't want this. I was told that my supply was programmed for 1st of each month but 'August delivery will be skipped and next scheduled delivery would be September' only then to receive a message from delivery company to say they had the Pure order ready for delivery. Despite my email asking for explanation of misinformation no reply received from Pure. So as a customer of just over 2 weeks my experience so far falls far short of expectations and I angry and very disappointed,the only saving grace being Milo likes the food.

Please Cancel Upcoming Order – My Dog Doesn’t Eat the Food Dear Pure Team, I recently placed an order on July 28th, which was delivered to me successfully. However, I’ve just received an email stating that a new portion of food is ready to be dispatched. I did not place or approve this new order, and I would kindly ask you to cancel it immediately. My dog unfortunately refuses to eat this food, so I would also appreciate it if you could process a refund for this upcoming order if any payment has already been taken. I am not sure what has gone wrong this time, I ordered 1 x Salmon sample pack, but I have received and I assume charged for 3! I will have to get in touch and delay next month's delivery. I have only just got my stock level down.

My dog was a fussy eater. As soon as he tried the food he was hooked, he loves the different flavours and sits and drools as I am preparing it for him. He licks the bowl clean every time.

Elsie has really benefited from Pure food. She used to suffer from Colitis until she started eating Pure. She enjoys her food too.

hello this is the best food honest we were so happy with this and used for along time. we've cancelled now bit only because our dog is very old and barely eats so we got a back log of it but if she outlives us all we will start it again. We started this when she had collitis and it was the only thing she could eat without getting sick so for that we are so grateful....many thanx from peanut and family xxx

My dog did not like the food and I didn't cancel the subscription in time and they charged me £66 from the introductory offer of £20. They said they can not accept any returns as apparently the food is personalised which is complete rubbish. I would not go anywhere near this company.

My 2 yr old xl bully had lots of digestive issues, chicken was upsetting her stomach, after trying multiple different dog foods and trying to find a dog food that had no chicken in I came across Pure, dog food with NO chicken in, I placed an order, started feeding just Pure from day of delivery and within a few days her stomach settled, she now has no digestive issues whatsoever. Her coat is looking healthy and she seems happier in herself. She absolutely loves the food cleaning out her bowl completely. It’s so easy to store and to prepare. It’s no more expensive than all the other dog foods fed previously. Happy dog, happy owner. I highly recommend Pure 10 stars

My dog appears to be very fussy, never had one like him. Tried all sorts then found Pure. Ate it for the first 2 days then wouldn't eat it at all. Not Pure's fault. Customer service were so helpful, still won't eat it but that's my dog. This is a great company, doing their best.

Food arrived quickly. Easy to navigate the page and amend dates for delivery. Our dog is very excited for her food and appears to really enjoy the taste

My experience with Pure Pet Food has been entirely positive. Supplies are easy to order and change as necessary and my orders arrive efficiently and on-time. Most importantly, since moving to Pure Pet Food my 4-year-old mixed-breed neutered male dog has been happy and healthy. He thoroughly enjoys his food and I noticed that he's had more energy, a softer and shinier coat, brighter eyes and more often than not a wet nose from soon after transitioning to Pure Pet Food. I also like the convenience of being able to mix up his meals as required, with no need to keep his food in the fridge or take up storage space with cartons or tins plus kibble.

The company itself is very professional and very pleasant to deal with, but from my experience dont to samples small enough. My dog didn't like this food at all no matter how I dressed it up. Which was very disappointing and very expensive. I now have a lot of dog food to dispose of, including the 'free?' Trial packs i was sent to see if i could tempt him. Not the company's fault but be warned the discounted starter supply can work out very expensive if like my fussy dog, your pet refuses to eat it.
