My tutor Sharon Jenner was absolutely amazing, her support and encouragement kept me on track, she was always available when I needed extra help or had a question. I genuinely don't think I would of been able to complete both my level 3 and level 4 without her help. Thanks.

I enjoyed doing the Level 3 Understanding Autism Course, and I felt that I learnt a lot from doing this Course, which I will now take on board in my current Job role. I had a excellent Tutor and Assessor (Who was Sue Marshall). Sue gave me excellent feedback and she marked my work efficiently.

Mental health first aid course is interesting, the tutor was supporting me. I hope in the future to teach myself this course.

This program really enlightened me on the copes of my practice and I acquired knowledge new skills I wasn’t misinformed I felt confident anytime around my service users because I knew what I was about. I personally recommend all health workers to embark on training with PTS specifically with me a got a very good Coach named Cole who assisted throughout challenging moments and always kept encouraging.i can’t believe I finally completed the course and next to my carrier advancement I feeel so proud of myself

My tutor (Mr Cole Miller) is one of the best tutor I've ever worked it. He was always willing and ready to help out whenever you reach out to him. He makes you love reading and studying. Beyond that, he also advises on career goals and how to achieve them. Kudos 👏 to the entire organisation.

He was always so supportive, ready to explain whatever i may not understand and even at some point when i was really overwhelmed with work and felt i couldn't continue with the course, he was so encouraging and that really made me not to give up and continued and thanks today, today i am level 3 certified. I started my learning at a time when I was so busy with work, and felt I would have to drop out. Cole’s support was what helped me pull through. When I had difficulties with my referencing and other compliance issues with my work he pointed me in the right direction. I was able to write better, and have my written work be a true representation of my hands on experience. I went from being scared about being unable to complete my learning to finishing a month before my actual completion date. Overall the company is supportive of its learner, as I felt 100% supported throughout. I have gone on to recommend others to ProTrain solutions.

Julie Dixon are very lovely lady with good patience and explain me very clear with some of weak question which i did learning a lots and feel comfortable to have a good tutor like her.

got issues with a charge of £250! which was issued due to THEM removing me from the course after the course had ended . how can u remove me from a course which has already ended and sent me an email removing me over a month later from the course conclusion date. and then when they sent me the email it was multiple months later from the email of them removing me from the course to then proceed and charge me, saying i can contact them with any questions or issues in the email . i emailed them twice and got ignored until today i got an email reminding me to pay, while still having my emails ignored!
