When i started this course, i had a different tutor and towards the end of the course, my tutor was changed to Marilyn Cambridge and honestly I wouldn’t have asked for a better tutor. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better tutor than Cole Miller. His support, patience, and constant encouragement made all the difference throughout my Level 3 journey. No matter the time or day, he was always there ready to help, explain things clearly, and give that extra push when I needed it most. His belief in me kept me going even when I doubted myself. I genuinely don’t think I could’ve completed this without his help. Thank you, Cole you didn’t just guide me through the course, you helped me believe in myself.

I have had a great experience working with my tutor Sophie Lizard. She has been an amazing support through gaining my level 3 in early years and has gone above and beyond to help me with my learning journey, and gaining my diplomas took me on halfway through my course and caught me up in such a short space of time, helping me to pass in time. Sophie always advocated for me when I struggled or when I needed extra time or help on an assignment, and has been so patient.

I recently completed a Level 3 Understanding in Mental Health Certificate and I had a supportive and helpful tutor, Julie Dixon who made my experience on the course fantastic. She was available to offer assistance if I needed it and provided me with clear feedback on my assessment, which helped me improve with each one. The PTS platform for my course was straightforward to use and the learning materials provided were really beneficial and useful. I learned a great deal from my course and gained valuable knowledge and skills that allow me to progress to my next steps.

I recently completed a Level 3 Diploma with the institute, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The course content was well-structured and relevant, but what truly stood out was the exceptional support provided by my tutor, Cole. From the start, he was responsive, encouraging, and always available to guide me through any challenges. This made a real difference in my learning journey. MY experience with my tutor was very excellent and I enjoyed the learning journey with my tutor who always makes sure to deliver all sessions smoothly and quality education.The overall academic environment is disciplined, engaging, and designed to prepare us for real-world business challenges.

I am quite happy to have you as my tutor and assessor. I started the Level 3 with quite big plans for myself, however life plans went totally different for me. In my journey since I joined Level 3 , Sophie has been very patient , understanding and empathetic of my situations. Though I am not very best of the students in doing my work on time, I have been still supported and encouraged by Sophie emotionally and mentally, which was quite helpful at a lot of times. There have been times when I was thinking of quitting, however Sophie has been the push and support to boost my confidence and productivity up again. As my tutor and assessor, Sophie has done an amazing job of being there , whenever I need her. She has been an excellent tutor and good guide in explaining my mistakes and how to further improve my work. The strategies and techniques she gave as examples, I have used some in my setting and those have worked wonderfully with kids. I am quite happy with Sophie as a tutor and an assessor. Your passion for teaching is commendable and inspiring, but I think what would be extremely helpful for consolidating learning is the use of group projects, assignments or peer feedback, which would allow the students to collaborate and share different ideas.
