Middling experience: people nice; tech not
My course materials were not up to date - many broken links in, and it was missing some changed and more up to date practices. The word processing programme also didn't work well enough to be able to add bulleted lists, numbered lists etc without the whole question going out of formatting. To not be able to copy and paste in to the document was very patronising and frustrating. I know that everyone's worried about AI answers, but there are decent programs available to check. Not being able to work offline was a real problem when eg: the network went down at work. The marking, and the human contact, I can't fault - very positive. It's frustrating that it was functional things that let the side down.
