Great introduction to stress management
I attended a training on Stress Management in a Law Firm. Bethan's presentation was excellent. She was knowledgeable and engaging and she made it an interactive experience. On the basis of this training I would attend another training through Professional Training and would definitely highly recommend the trainer.

Overall a good experience, the trainer was enthusiastic and got us all to engage. The sessions could be a little longer, as it was a little rushed towards the end.

Excellent leadership development from…
Excellent leadership development from Sally on the 3C's. The material is relevant and allows for deep group conversation as well as challenge of the course materials. As the course is over some weeks, Sally keeps a record of our targets and aims keeping us linked with previous training.

Confident speaking
I attended the Confident Speaking training session with Sally recently with my organisation. I found the training really insightful and felt that I was able to come away with various tips on speaking confidently and particularly the use of body language.
