Always spot on with their locations and obfuscation's. The only wish I had was for better tunnels when torrenting. This is still a 5 star service though.

Satisfaction à ce jour

Après avoir testé (sans grand succès) d'autres "V.P.N." (cependant recommandés par certains sites "professionnels") mais très couteux et parfois inefficaces, je me suis enfin abonné à Privat Internet Access privateinternetaccess.com depuis le 1er juillet 2003. Depuis près de 4 mois d'utilisation, j'en suis parfaitement satisfait. Merci!

Not trustworthy and misleading

Not sure how this company is getting such support online as it openly claims that it offers products it can't and doesn't plus it claims to work on Amazon Firestick where again it doesn't. I bought a 2 years subscription AND a dedicated IP address based on the PIA website advertising false so information like their product works on the Firestick and also they have a new dedicated IP location in Belgium. Once you sign up and pay and try installing you find out that this product doesn't work on Amazon and they don't have a dedicated IP address for a Belgium based location. Thus far my experience with PIA has been false claims of functionality and add on packages like the dedicated IP address locations as also being a lie. I'd advise people reading these reviews to use a different product.

Happy Wife = Happy Life

I've used both Nord and PIA. PIA I find doesn't use as much processing power as Nord. But the number one reason is my wife finds it easy to use. Which means less questions & less helping = happier me.

It does not work

Currently in Greece and purchased this VPN before leaving the UK and it doesn't work at all on any device (Apple based or Android) Tried to contact the helpdesk via e-mail and it was returned (not a valid address) and also tried via the link on the so called 'ticket system' .... this seems really dodgy protocol and unistalling the app !
